Clinical psychotherapy services are available to clients located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, and Utah, where our licensed clinician is authorized to practice. For individuals residing outside these states, we offer mentorship, consulting, and coaching services to support mental wellness and personal growth in a non-clinical capacity.

Our Approach

With extensive experience working with young adults,  individuals and families, Anne brings a warm, intuitive approach to every session, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with innovative, client-centered methodologies.

Services Offered

  • One-on-one sessions designed to support personal growth, emotional healing, and mental well-being. Specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-treatment integration.

  • Providing families with the tools and understanding needed to enhance communication, address conflict, and foster healthy relationships.

  • Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that uses eye position to access and process deep emotional and somatic experiences stored in the brain and body. It helps clients release unresolved trauma and emotional blocks by focusing on a specific “brainspot” while staying attuned to the therapist. 

  • Guidance and support tailored for young adults navigating the often-challenging transition periods associated with treatment programs and life changes.

  • Young adult therapeutic mentorship provides structured, relationship-based support to help young adults navigate life challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop life skills. Guidance, accountability, and therapeutic presence is offered outside of traditional therapy settings. Supporting growth in areas like identity, independence, relationships, and purpose. 

  • Emerging professionals mentorship supports individuals in the early stages of their careers by providing guidance, encouragement, and strategic insight. Through a relational and reflective process, mentees develop confidence, clarify goals, navigate workplace dynamics, and align their work with personal values and long-term vision.
